Outdoor Wanders began from my love of travel and being outside. Exploring new places, learning about different cultures, having unexpected adventures and experiences just never gets old for me.

My intent is to inspire people to spend more time outside and explore the world, whether it be close to home or the other side of the world. To enjoy the outdoors and all of the benefits, both mental and physical, that come with it. To observe, learn, connect with the world, value the environment, and have fun!

You’re not going to look back years from now with fond memories of hours spent on a computer, watching tv, or playing a video game. You will remember the experiences you had, seeing new places, connecting with people, playing with your kids, conquering that trail, finding the unexpected.

We all have days where we don’t feel like getting out. We’re tired, it’s cold and raining. It’s easier to stay in and curl up under a blanket. But I know if I make the effort to get outside, I always feel better. And I’m willing to bet you will too!
